Keeping your password updated is a simple way to help protect your Ordoro account and your shipping data.
For security reasons, passwords in Ordoro can only be updated through a secure email link. You cannot directly edit your password inside Ordoro.
How to update your password
- Click your Company Name -> Account Settings.
- Go to Users.
- Click Edit next to the user profile.
- Select Reset password.
- Click on Send on the pop-up window.
- An email will be sent to the user with a secure link to update their password.

- Password reset links expire after 24 hours.
