Keeping your password updated is a simple way to help protect your Ordoro account and your shipping data.

For security reasons, passwords in Ordoro can only be updated through a secure email link. You cannot directly edit your password inside Ordoro.


How to update your password

  1. Click your Company Name -> Account Settings.

  1. Go to Users.
  2. Click Edit next to the user profile.

  1. Select Reset password.

  1. Click on Send on the pop-up window.

  1. An email will be sent to the user with a secure link to update their password.
