Ordoro updates the tracking status for USPS and UPS packages in real time — from when it leaves your door to when it arrives at the customer’s door — and displays the info in the Order List and Order Detail page.
Here’s how it works! Once you create a USPS or UPS label in Ordoro, that tracking number is already logged in our system. Then, every few hours we fetch updates from the carrier on the status of that tracking number.
Note: Labels created with UPS Mail Innovations accounts do not receive tracking number updates.
The status will be listed in the shipping label details. See screenshot below.
