To update your BigCommerce email notifications to your customers, you will follow these steps:
- Log in to BigCommerce
- Go to Set up & Tools
- Select Checkout
- Uncheck/Check the notifications you’d like your customers to receive
You can also choose to have Ordoro send your customers an email with the tracking information. To do so, you’ll select Notify Ship To while creating the shipping label.
