How do I ship something that isn’t one of my products?

Since Ordoro is an order management system, we will not allow you to ship a package without a product associated with it.

To create a product in your Ordoro account prior to creating an order, you will:

1. Go to the Products tab
2. Click on New Product
3. Provide at least a sku and product name
4. Save the new product

Once you have created the product you’d like to ship in Ordoro, you will be able to create a manual order.
