If you are an existing Ordoro customer, please follow these steps:
X Delivery setup
- Reach out to X Delivery to set up an account.
- Notify your X Delivery Account Representative that you plan to use Ordoro as your shipping platform.
- Once the X Delivery account is created, they will provide an API ID and API Key.
Ordoro setup
- In Ordoro, select your business name -> Account Settings.
- On the left side of the screen, select the Shipper/Carriers option.
- Click Add a shipper -> select X Delivery from the dropdown menu.
- Copy and paste the X Delivery API ID and API Key to the corresponding fields.
- Click Save.
Not currently using Ordoro + X Delivery?
If you are not a current Ordoro customer and interested in using Ordoro and X Delivery, please follow these steps:
1. Schedule an appointment with one of our Ordoro Account Executives.
2. Let the Account Executive you are interested in shipping with X Delivery.
3. Our team will take it from there and introduce you to X Delivery.
4. Once the Ordoro and X Delivery accounts have been created, follow the Ordoro setup steps seen above.
