If you an in-store /  local pickup / hand delivery option you can change the order status in Ordoro to shipped.  See the steps below.

1.  From the Orders tab, select the order ids that you want to mark as shipped.

2. Click on Order Actions

3. Click on Mark as Shipped

Note: If you mark an order as shipped that is associated with a sales channel, no shipment or tracking notification will be sent to the sales channel. 


For Ordoro v2

If you an   in-store /  local pickup / hand delivery option  you can change the order status in Ordoro to shipped.  See the steps below.

1.  From the Orders tab, select the order ids that you want to mark as shipped. And click on the “Process” button. This step will create new shipments for those orders.

2.  To save this shipment as a local pickup   click on the “Enter Tracking Number” link on the right-most column of each order. In the modal window that pops up, enter “local pickup” or something similar .  You will also have the option to send  the customer record of this by selecting “Notify bill to” or “Ship to” .

3.  Now the order will be in the ‘Shipped’  filter  in  the  Shipments tab
