How to resend a tracking number to your cart:

  1. Contact customer support and please include the Shipment ID and tracking number. We will be happy to attempt to write the tracking number to your sales channel.

How to resend a tracking number to your customer:

For Ordoro Version 2:

  1. You will need to email your customer the tracking number
  2. Click on the Shipments tab located in the green bar
  3. Click on the Shipped filter
  4. Locate the Shipment ID or you can use the search bar and search for the customer name
  5. Copy the tracking number located on the right hand side
  6. Paste the tracking number in the body of the email and send

For Ordoro Version 3:

  1. You will need to email your customer the tracking number
  2. Go to the Orders Tab and the Shipped sub-tab
  3. Locate the Order ID or you can use the search bar and search for the customer name
  4. Copy the tracking number located on the right hand side
  5. Paste the tracking number in the body of the email and sendResending a tracking number
