You will need to email your customer the tracking number. See below for steps to find the tracking number in Ordoro.
1. Go to Orders and filter by the status Shipped.
2. Locate the order ID or search for the customer’s name.
3. Copy the tracking number located under Shipping Label Created.
4. Paste the tracking number in the body of the email and send.
