Digital products, which are automatically emailed to customers, do not require fulfillment within Ordoro. Nevertheless, importing these orders into our system ensures accurate financial analytics.

How orders with digital products appear in BigCommerce
In BigCommerce, whenever an order contains a digital product, it is categorized as a “Digital Consignment.” Essentially, such items do not require any physical shipping.
The screenshot below illustrates a sample order featuring both a physical and a digital item.
How digital product orders appear in Ordoro
When an order containing a digital product is imported into Ordoro, it will have -digital at end of the order number.
In the screenshot below, the original BigCommerce order number 285 was imported as two separate orders to Ordoro.

- Digital product order: 6-285-digital
