Yes! You will need to contact Ordoro Support to activate this on your account. Email support at support@ordoro.com

Once Ordoro Support has activated this for your account, you can schedule your pickups through the Ordoro application. Click on the Orders tab in Ordoro

1. Click on Other Actions and select Schedule Pickup from the drop-down menu. This is only for FedEx Packages at this time, so you will not be able to schedule a pickup for other shipping services.

2. Choose the warehouse you would like the pickup to be made from, and the package quantity and weight. Schedule your delivery and click on Schdule.

Note: You will not be able to schedule a delivery with FedEx for same day pickup. For this, you will want to contact FedEx directly.
