Yes! If your negotiated rates are associated with your UPS.com account id, you’ll see those rates in Ordoro. However, you may want to have your UPS account representative check to ensure that your negotiated rates are loaded on UPS Registration Services.
Contact the UPS.com account representative for your account, and tell them that you need them to load your negotiated rates on Registration Services. You need to have an active login ID and password on UPS.com for this to be effective. All the account representative needs to do is to enter your UPS.com login ID under the negotiated rates portion in Registration Services. Your UPS.com account representative will be familiar with this process.
Once you complete the steps above, your negotiated UPS rates will automatically appear when you do rate lookup and label creation inside Ordoro.
