Whether you want to see your APV charges or review your label charges, you can export all of your USPS transactions into a single report. See the instructions below.
NOTE: If you use a personal USPS Pitney Bowes Merchant account, you can log in directly to their system for this information.
1. Click on your Company Name -> Account Settings.
2. In the left menu, select Shippers/Carriers.
3. Find your USPS Pitney carrier -> Transaction History -> Export CSV.
4. Select the date range for the report. The dates will be based on the shipping date.
- If no dates are selected, the default will be the last 30 days of shipping transactions.
5. Once the report is complete, it is available in the Activity Menu -> Exports.
6. Click the CSV button. The file will automatically download to your computer.
