When you create a FedEx label in Ordoro, the Estimated Delivery Date (also referred to as ETA) is automatically saved based on the details provided by FedEx.

This helps you track when your shipment is expected to arrive and gives you a reliable timeline to share with your customers.


Where to find the Estimated Delivery Date

  1. Go to the Orders tab in Ordoro.
  2. Select the order with a FedEx label created.
  3. In the Shipping Label Created section, look for the Estimated Delivery Date.

Ordoro pulls this ETA directly from FedEx when the label is generated.


Notes

  • This ETA reflects FedEx’s projected delivery date based on the selected service and destination.
  • If FedEx updates the delivery estimate after the label is created, the new ETA will not automatically update in Ordoro.
