Starting in June 2024, all new Ordoro customers will see a Welcome tab in their account. This feature will soon be available for all users.
The Welcome tab provides suggestions and guides for getting started with our Shipping, Inventory, and Dropshipping apps. It also includes links to helpful support articles and other useful resources.
For existing users, you’ve been used to logging into the Dashboard tab. However, with the introduction of the Welcome tab, you’ll now be directed there first. If you prefer not to see the Welcome tab, you can easily hide it in your Account Settings.

How to show or hide your Welcome tab
If you prefer to hide the Welcome tab after familiarizing yourself, you can easily do so. Go to your Account Settings and change the Welcome tab from showing to hidden. This way, you can return to your preferred Dashboard view.
