- To file a claim, you must be a Sendle customer and created the label using your Sendle account.
- The initial inquiry must be sent to Sendle within 20 business days since the last date in the delivery ETA range.
- Before submitting a claim, eligible parcels must meet the claims requirements and have been declared as lost by Sendle.
What costs are included under Sendle Cover?
- Sendle’s coverage extends to the value of the goods inside the parcel, with a maximum limit of $150.

- Documents are required proving the value of the item.
Note: Sendle’s Cover Policy does not cover damaged parcels. If you require Cover for damaged items, this should be arranged separately.
What are the claim requirements?
Before starting the Sendle Cover claims process, please identify if your package meets the claims requirements.
- The package does not contain any items listed here.
- The package has been lost in transit.
- E.g., the package was lost after Sendle picked it up and before it was scanned as delivered.
- You cannot submit a Sendle Cover claim if a third-party provider also covers your package, and a claim has already been filed with them.
If the shipment has not been received and meets the requirements above, you must contact Sendle within 20 business days of the last date in the delivery ETA range.
