Sometimes when you are purchasing postage, you may get the following error message:

The purchase amount exceeds the account purchase limit

To remedy this error message you will need to check these three things:

  1. You may encounter postage purchase limits upon creating a new USPS postage account in Ordoro. However, those can always be increased upon demand.
  2. It is required that you have a real name associated with your USPS postage account, not just your company name.
  3. Your USPS postage account has been flagged for security reasons.
