When you are purchasing postage, the following error message may appear:

The purchase amount exceeds the account purchase limit

To resolve this problem, check these three things:

  1. You may encounter postage limits upon creating a new USPS account in Ordoro. However, the limit can be increased upon demand.
  2. USPS requires a real name is associated with the account, not just your company name.
  3. The USPS account has been flagged for security reasons.
