Adding Magento 2.0 to your Ordoro account is easy. You will need to add a new user/integration to your Magento cart first and then connect the cart in Ordoro.
Depending on your version of Magento 2, you’ll either connect via user-auth or integration two-factor authentication (2FA).

Magento steps
1. Log into Magento and select System -> All Users.
2. Click Add New User in the right corner.
3. Select User Role -> Administrators.
4. Click User Info and enter the following information.
- User Name: ordoro
- First Name: ordoro
- Last Name: ordoro
- Email: info@ordoro.com
- Password: Be sure to remember this as you’ll enter it to Ordoro.
5. Click Save User in the top right corner.
Ordoro steps
1. Log into Ordoro. Click on your Company Name -> Account Settings.
2. Go to Sales Channels -> Add a Sales Channel.
3. Select Magento from the dropdown menu. Enter the following information.
- Version: 2.x (user auth)
- Store URL: Your Magento 2 URL
- In your web browser, look at the URL address bar.
- It will be your store name before the “/admin”
- For example: http://XX.XX.XXX.XXX/
- Magento Username: ordoro
- Magento Password: the value you set in Magento
4. Click the Add Sales Channel button to save. Your orders and products will start importing immediately!
Magento with two-factor authentication
Magento steps
1. Log into Magento and select System -> Integrations.
2. Click on Add New Integration.
3. Go to API -> Resource Access. Select All.
4. Select Integration Info.
- Name: Ordoro
- Your Password: Enter your login password to Magento.
5. On the Save button, select the dropdown and choose Save & Activate.
6. Magento will ask you to approve the API permissions. Choose Allow.
7. Once confirmed, the Integration Tokens will appear. Copy the Access Token. This will be used in Ordoro.
Ordoro steps
1. Log into Ordoro. Click on your Company Name -> Account Settings.
2. Go to Sales Channels -> Add a Sales Channel.
NOTE: If you’re updating an existing Magento cart from user-auth to integration (2FA) auth, do NOT add a new sales channel. Edit the existing Magento cart.
3. Select Magento from the dropdown menu. Enter the following information.
- Version: 2.x (integration auth)
- Store URL: Your Magento 2 URL
- In your web browser, look at the URL address bar.
- It will be your store name before the “/admin”
- For example: http://XX.XX.XXX.XXX/
- Magento Access Token: the value you copied in Magento
4. Click the Add Sales Channel button to save. Your orders and products will start importing immediately!
