Every time you move from a free starter plan to a paid plan, or paid plan to a free starter plan, you may be required to open a new USPS postage account. The reason for this is that our Ordoro Basic and Pro plans receive our discounted USPS rates, while Ordoro Starter only gets the standard online rate. If you’re prompted to open a new account,  your old account from your prior Ordoro plan will be closed and your balance refunded to your card used to purchase that balance.

Note: If you’re switching from Ordoro Basic to Ordoro Pro and visa versa, you will retain the same USPS postage account and will not have to open a new one.
