Every time you move from a free starter plan to a paid plan, or paid plan to a free starter plan, you may be required to open a new USPS postage account.
Our Ordoro Express, Pro, and Enterprise plans receive our discounted USPS rates, while Ordoro Starter only gets the standard online rate.
If you’re prompted to open a new account, your old account from your prior Ordoro plan will be closed and your balance refunded to your card used to purchase that balance.
Note: If you’re switching from Ordoro Express to Ordoro Pro/Enterprise and visa versa, you will retain the same USPS postage account and will not have to open a new one.
