How long do orders take to import once I add a sales channel?

Once you have completed setting up your sales channels in Ordoro, we will immediately begin the process of:

1. Importing all active products
2. Importing all paid and unfulfilled orders

Depending on the number of active products or open orders you have listed in your sales channels, this initial download may vary in time. All subsequent downloads should be faster than the first.

Note: You can check to see if your products and orders have finished downloading by refreshing the screen and then clicking the Activity button in the upper right hand corner of Ordoro.
