UPS Mail Innovations is a contract-only, non-guaranteed economy residential services offered by UPS which uses a combination of UPS and USPS delivery services to get your shipment to its destination.
UPS has specific eligibility requirements for using this service. Please contact your UPS representative to understand whether your business is eligible for shipping packages via UPS Mail Innovation.
To have access to UPS Mail Innovation services in Ordoro, please follow these steps:
- Select one or multiple orders.
- In the Shipping Label panel, click on Additional Options.
- Select the checkbox for Mail Innovations.

Once the checkbox has been selected, you will be able to see all available Mail Innovations Package Types and Shipping Methods.
Note: UPS Mail Innovations rates aren’t available through UPS’s API, therefore shipping rates won’t display in Ordoro. The actual cost of the package will be on your bill from UPS.
5. Once you create a label, you’ll see UPS Mail Innovations + USPS tracking. The tracking number saved in Ordoro and sent back to the cart will be the UPS tracking number.
