UPS Ground Saver is an economy ground service for residential recipients. If you have your own UPS account, you must meet specific eligibility requirements to use this service. Please contact your UPS representative to determine if you’re eligible.
If you use one of Ordoro’s discounted UPS accounts, Ground Saver rates are included automatically for qualifying packages! The rates will show up as UPS Ground Saver.

Once UPS has enabled Ground Saver for your UPS account, the shipping rates automatically appear in Ordoro.

Shipping Requirements
- Weight Limit: Best rates are for packages up to 10 lbs.
- Size Limitations: Packages must be at least four inches high, six inches long, and 0.75 inches wide. They may not exceed 130 inches in length and girth combined.
- Residential addresses only: UPS Ground Saver is not available for shipping items to Commercial addresses.
- Declared Value Coverage: The Declared Value Coverage for UPS Ground Saver packages is $20.
