To sort your orders alphabetically by the SKU, select the Single Item Order SKU from the Sort field in the Orders tab.
How single item orders are sorted
Orders with a single product will be listed first, and will be sorted alphabetically by SKU. See the example below. Notice both orders have only one item. Ordoro has sorted the “Fruit-grapes” before the “Fruit-peach.”
How single + multi-line orders are sorted
Orders with multiple products will be sorted after Orders with a single product. In the example below, the third order has two items. Therefore, it is listed last in the sort.
How multi-line orders are sorted
Orders with multiple products will be sorted based on the first product SKU listed on the order in Ordoro.
In the example below, the first order has SKU Fruit-apple, which would come before either the SKUs in the second order (Fruit-banana or Fruit-pear).
