Showing prices on your packing slip can be helpful if you include invoices, need a quick cost reference while packing, or want the customer to see item pricing and totals inside the box.
What are line item prices?
Line item prices show the price for each product on the order (for example, “T-shirt = $24.00”). You can also show order totals, such as subtotal, tax, shipping, and grand total.
Enable prices on the packing slip
- Open the order.
- Click Pick/Packing Slips.
- Under Attach Packing Slip, select Show Price.
- Choose what you want to display:
- Show Line Item Price to show the price for each product.
- Show Financial Totals to show order totals (like subtotal, tax, shipping, and total).
- Print or preview the packing slip. The selected pricing details will appear on it.
