If you need to cancel an order that was sent to Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Amazon Seller Central.
  2. Navigate to the Manage Orders section to find the order you want to cancel.
  3. Click on the Order ID link.
  4. On the Order Details page, look for the option to Cancel this Order.

Note: You can only cancel orders while they are in the Planning status. Once the order moves to the Shipping phase, cancellation is no longer possible.
