If you’ve submitted a fulfillment request to Amazon through Ordoro but need to cancel it, the order must still be in Planning status within Amazon Seller Central. Once the order enters the Shipping phase, cancellation is no longer allowed.
Follow the steps below to cancel an Amazon (FBA) fulfillment order.
Steps to cancel an FBA order
- Visit sellercentral.amazon.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to Orders > Manage Orders to locate the fulfillment order you’d like to cancel.
- Find and click the Order ID for the shipment you want to cancel.
- On the Order Details page, select Cancel this Order, if available.
Important notes
- You can only cancel orders in Planning status.
- If the order has moved to Shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Canceled orders may still appear in your Ordoro account for recordkeeping, but will not be fulfilled.
