FedEx One Rate is a flat-rate shipping option that lets you send packages under 50 lbs using standard FedEx packaging. Now, you can also use your own packaging — as long as your box matches the dimensions of a standard FedEx box (such as Small, Medium, or Large).
Ordoro makes it easy to support your FedEx One Rate shipments, helping you save time, streamline your workflow, and keep shipping costs predictable.

Why can’t I see FedEx Express rates without One Rate enabled?
FedEx Express rates, like FedEx 2Day or FedEx Priority Overnight, won’t appear in Ordoro if there’s an option to ship the package using FedEx One Rate pricing. This is intentional — it helps prevent you from accidentally choosing a much more expensive rate when a cheaper One Rate option is available.
If you’re not seeing FedEx Express shipping methods, it’s likely because the package qualifies for FedEx One Rate. To access those rates, you’ll want to enable the One Rate option.
To speed up this process, you can also create a Preset that automatically toggles One Rate on. See the section below for a step-by-step guide on setting that up.
How to create a Preset with FedEx One Rate
- On the Orders page, click Create a Shipping Preset on the right side of the screen.
- In the Create Preset modal, enter a name for your preset.
- Toggle on Carrier, and select your FedEx account.
- Click Additional Options to expand the settings.
- Toggle on Use FedEx One Rate Pricing setting and select the checkbox.
- Click Create to save your preset.
Once created, you can quickly apply this preset to automatically enable One Rate pricing for FedEx shipments that qualify!
