How gift messages appear in Etsy

1. In the customer’s Etsy cart, there’s an option to Add gift message for free.

2. In your Etsy Shop Manager, the gift message appears in the Gift Details section.

How Etsy gift messages appear in Ordoro

1. The gift message is listed in the order’s Customer Notes.

2. Select the checkbox shown below to display the Customer Notes / Etsy gift message on the Packing List.

3. The gift message appears on the Packing List for the recipient.
