Yes, you can reapply rules to your existing Ordoro orders!

Just contact Ordoro Support at support@ordoro.com and let them know:

  1. Which order statuses should rules be re-run?
    • Options: Awaiting Fulfillment, Canceled, Dropshipment Requested, or all orders
  2. Date range to run rules on. We’ll need a start and end date.

The time taken to re-run orders depends on their quantity, ranging from 5-10 minutes to over an hour. Our Support team will provide confirmation upon completion.
