Using Amazon Buy Shipping, you can now ship using Amazon Shipping Ground in Ordoro. When shipping with this rate in Ordoro, you’ll be required to schedule a pickup on your Amazon Shipper Central account.
How to create an Amazon Shipping Ground label in Ordoro
1. The Ship From Warehouse address must be the registered address in the Amazon Shipping account.
- If you attempt to use another Ship From address that is not registered in the Amazon Shipping account, you will not see the Amazon Ground Shipping rate returned
2. Once you create an Amazon Shipping Ground label, you must schedule a pickup. If a pickup isn’t scheduled, your shipment(s) will not be processed and collected.
3. In this modal, select Schedule a pickup with Amazon. You’ll be directed to log into your Amazon Seller Central account.
Note: After you have purchased your first Amazon Shipping label in Ordoro, an account will automatically be created in Shipper Central linked to your Seller Central Account.
How to schedule an Amazon Pick Up
- You will need to be logged into your Shipper Central account using your Seller Central.
- If you’re not logged in, you can log in here: https://ship.amazon.com/.
2. Once logged in, navigate to this page to schedule a pickup. Based on the Sender warehouse address used for label generation, the pickup location would auto-populate.
3. Enter the package information.

6. Alternatively, to schedule a pickup, you can navigate to your Shipper Central account’s Pickup tab. Once there, click on the Actions button and select whether you need a one-time or a recurring pickup.

7. If you need a one-time pickup, select the date (same-day pickups are not available) and confirm your selection.
8. If you’d like to schedule recurring pickups, choose how you’d like the pickups to repeat (daily, on weekdays, or weekends), and select a start date, and confirm your selection.
FAQs
What happens if I have multiple warehouses?
If you have generated labels for shipments from multiple warehouses, you will need to schedule separate pickups for each warehouse location. The pickup location will auto-populate based on the sender’s warehouse address used for label generation.
Why isn’t Amazon Shipping showing as a carrier for all orders?
If Amazon Shipping is not showing up as a carrier for an order, the delivery postcode is not currently serviceable, Amazon Shipping cannot meet the delivery promise, or the order contains prohibited or otherwise ineligible items. Amazon Shipping’s policies can be accessed here.
Why am I receiving an error message when trying to schedule a pickup?
If you haven’t printed an Amazon Shipping label and then try to schedule a pickup – you will receive the below message. You should be guided to first print an Amazon Shipping label followed by pickup scheduling.

What should I do if my pickup hasn’t occurred as scheduled?
If you haven’t received a pickup from the Amazon Shipping team, please reach out to Amazon Shipping’s dedicated support team. You can do this directly in your Shipper Central account, by navigating to the Support tab, selecting Pickup as the category, completing the form, and submitting the case. Amazon Shipping’s support team is available seven days a week, with email, chat and call-back options.
Can I schedule recurring pickups with Amazon Shipping?
Yes, you can schedule both one-time and recurring pickups directly from your Shipper Central account by navigating to the Pickup tab. This allows you to manage your shipping needs efficiently over a set schedule.
Where do I view my bill?
