How the gift message appears in BigCommerce
When viewing an order in BigCommerce, you’ll see the Gift Wrap option below each order line.
When View Details is selected, the Gift Message is displayed.

Once the order imports to Ordoro, the gift message will appear in the Customer Notes field.
It will also include the order line SKU that chose gift wrap, ensuring only the appropriate items are wrapped.
