When you are purchasing postage, the following error message may appear:
The purchase amount exceeds the account purchase limit
To resolve this problem, check these three things:
- You may encounter postage limits upon creating a new USPS account in Ordoro. However, the limit can be increased upon demand.
- USPS requires a real name is associated with the account, not just your company name.
- The USPS account has been flagged for security reasons.
