You may notice that your Order ID in Ordoro is slightly different from the Order ID you see in your sales channel. Don’t worry, it’s intentional!

Ordoro will add a prefix to your Order ID in Ordoro only. We use this prefix to identify which of your sales channels your order came from.

For example:

In Sales Channel 1, the Order ID is 123456.  When that’s imported in to Ordoro, it will be called 1-123456.

In Sales Channel 2, the Order ID is 987654. When that’s imported in to Ordoro, it will be called 2-987654.

This way, you can quickly look at your order list and see how many orders you have from each of your sales channels.
