When you first connect your Sales Channels to Ordoro, Ordoro will import all of your historical orders that exist in the need-to-ship status of your Sales Channel (click here to check the default import status for your Sales Channels).
Because of this, you’ll potentially have older orders in Ordoro that you don’t need to ship, which could cause confusion for your fulfillment team and inventory issues down the line. Below are the steps to help you clean up those unnecessary orders.
1. On the Order tab in Ordoro, select Create Tag.
2. Create a new order tag called Needs Fulfillment.
3. Review your orders in your current shipping software, to determine which orders you still need to ship out of Ordoro. For each order you still need shipped, tag those orders with the Needs Fulfillment tag.
4. Once all your unshipped orders have been tagged, use the Order Filters to filter out orders with the Needs Fulfillment tag, leaving you with only the orders you don’t need in Ordoro.
Select all of the remaining orders, and then cancel them, and you’ve got a clean slate of orders, ready to be fulfilled in Ordoro!
