When Ordoro posts tracking information back to your Magento 2 store, Ordoro will post to the Shipments tab on the order in Magento, including the Carrier, the Shipment Method, and the Tracking Number.
How to Find Shipment in Magento
Below are the steps you can take to find your tracking information in Magento. We’ll use order 4-000000196 as an example. See Below:
1. Once tracking is added to an order in Ordoro, it is written back to Magento. Your tracking information will display in the Shipments tab in Magento. To find this, first select the order you are looking for. Then select the Shipments tab from the left-hand menu.
2. You’ll see the shipments for the order (if you have split shipments, or created multiple shipments for the same order, you’ll see multiple shipments posted here). Select View.
3. On the next screen, scroll down to the Shipping and Tracking Information title. Below will be your order’s tracking information posted back from Ordoro.
Ordoro will then set the order status in Magento to Complete, assuming all the items on the order have shipped. If this is a split order in Ordoro, the order will only be marked Complete in Magento once all items on the order have been shipped.
