When using Ordoro to manage your Magento 2 shipments, the system seamlessly integrates tracking updates directly into your Magento account. These updates include essential details such as the carrier, shipment method, and tracking number, all of which are accessible in the Shipments tab of the respective order.


How to Find Shipment in Magento

To view your order’s tracking information, follow these steps:

  1. In the example below, we’re using Order 16-00000021. The tracking, carrier, and shipping method are in the screenshot below.

  1. Once tracking is added to an order in Ordoro, it automatically writes back to Magento.
    • In Magento, locate the Shipments tab on the left-hand menu within the Order view. Click on this tab to proceed.

  1. If your order includes multiple shipments (due to split shipments or various shipments created for the same order), you’ll find each one listed here. Click on View for the shipment to see more details.

  1. On the next screen, scroll to the Shipping and Tracking Information section. Here, you will find the tracking details Ordoro has posted back to Magento.

  1. Once Ordoro has successfully shipped all items in an order, it automatically updates the order’s status in Magento to Complete. For orders with split shipments managed through Ordoro, Magento will mark the order as Complete only after the final item has been shipped.
