Can I use FedEx third-party billing for shipping in Ordoro?

Notes: 

  1. The rates shown are generic FedEx rates and not linked to your or the third party’s FedEx account.
  2. The third party’s FedEx account will be charged based on their own agreement and negotiated rates, not the rates shown in Ordoro.
  3. FedEx may charge a fee for third-party billing. Contact your FedEx representative for more details.

How to ship via FedEx third-party billing

1. Go to Orders and select an order to ship.

2. In the Shipping Label panel, select FedEx as the Carrier. Click Additional Options to expand the menu.

3.  Under Payor, select Third Party from the dropdown menu and enter the following information:

  • Payor Account Number

 4. When you’re ready to ship the order, click Create Label.
