Why this happens
Etsy limits which third-party shipping apps can automatically import and export all shipping-related data. For U.S. sellers, Etsy says that as of October 21, 2024, Shippo and ShipStation are the only third-party shipping apps that will automatically sync all shipping data.
Etsy also explains that other third-party shipping apps can still be connected, but some features may not be available, including:
- Accessing shipping addresses
- Submitting tracking numbers
- Marking items as shipped
Those actions can still be done, but they may need to be done manually.
If you connected Etsy to Ordoro before January 2025
If your Etsy cart was connected to Ordoro prior to January 2025, your orders will continue to import with shipping addresses.
Tip: If addresses are importing today, avoid disconnecting and reconnecting your Etsy cart unless Support advises it. Reconnecting can change what data Etsy shares.
If you connected Etsy to Ordoro after January 2025
If you connected Etsy to Ordoro after January 2025, your orders may import without shipping addresses.
Even if the address is missing, you should still see:
- The order
- The items and quantities on the order
This still supports important workflows, such as multi-channel inventory syncing, because Ordoro can use the order items to keep inventory updated across channels.
