Ordoro will automatically import your new Shopify products prior to importing your orders. If you’re on Shopify Instasync, products will get imported right after they have been saved.

If you notice that one of your products has not imported in to Ordoro, please log in to Shopify and ensure that:

  1. The product has ‘Is Active’ checked.
  2. The product has ‘Require a shipping address’ selected for it’s ship type.
