If you are a new user on Ordoro, you may run into the following error while trying to create a UPS shipping label.

UPS Error 120100: Missing or invalid shipper number

This usually happens if you forgot to add your UPS Shipper Number to your UPS.com profile. Here are the steps to correct this error –

  • Log in to ups.com (Be sure to use the same User ID and Password that is in Ordoro settings->shipping->UPS

  • Select the My UPS tab

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the “Manage Accounts” link

  • Verify your account is listed; if not, select the Add a UPS Account link

  • Follow the instructions to add the account
