BigCommerce has multiple order statuses you can assign to your orders.  These can help you sort and filter them in a way that makes the most sense for your business.

By default, Ordoro will only download certain statuses that usually indicate that the order has been paid for and is ready to be shipped out.

Here are the BigCommerce order statuses downloaded into Ordoro:

  1. Awaiting Fulfillment
  2. Awaiting Shipment
  3. Awaiting Pickup

The following order statuses are NOT downloaded into Ordoro:

  1. Awaiting Payment
  2. Incomplete
  3. Shipped
  4. Refunded
  5. Canceled
  6. Declined
  7. Completed
  8. Manual Verification Required
  9. Pending
  10. Partially Shipped
