When a label is created in Ordoro, we consider that order shipped.  At that point, we send the tracking number back to BigCommerce and then BigCommerce notifies your customer via email.

Depending on your business, you may want to modify the emails your customers receive from BigCommerce.  You may not want them to receive an email if the order is only partially shipped, or you may not want them to receive emails at all.  See below on how to modify those settings in your BigCommerce account.

Step 1: Log into your BigCommerce account and go to Settings -> Checkout.

Step 2: Check or uncheck the Customer Email Notification boxes to customize which emails your customer will receive.  Be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page once you are done.
