You should never need to edit or reset your passphrase Ordoro. Any changes made will disrupt the connection of Ordoro and your USPS postage account.
If your passphrase is invalid please contact support@ordoro.com so we can successfully reset and reconnect your postage account.
How about keeping the “Save” button hidden until you proceed with the change of the pass phrase?
That is good input. We are reworking that screen to avoid this confusion.
