After you’ve sent the PO to your supplier and received the products, you can create a goods receipt.  The goods receipt will help close out the PO as well as update your inventory quantities.  To create a goods receipt, go back to the PO detail page and select “Create Goods Receipt”.



To mark a product as received, I just need to enter the quantity received in the goods receipt.  Once I mark a product as received, Ordoro automatically updates your inventory with the new quantity.  The status of the PO will also update to “Received”.  If I only receive some of the products I orders, the status of the PO will be “Partially Received”.
