Once you have requested the label refund, it can take Endicia up to 14 days to process the refund back to your postage balance. To check if this has completed, you can log into Endicia.com directly. Please contact Ordoro Support so we can provide your Endicia username and password for this.
1. Go to Endicia.com and log in.
2. Next, go to My Account -> Reports -> Refund Request History.
3. On this page, it will show you the history of your refund request per month. Notice the column that says ‘Amount Refunded’. Once a value is listed there, the postage has been refunded to your postage balance.
4. Additionally, Endicia will email you once a postage refund has been processed. See below for an example of what this email will look like.
