By default, Ordoro imports orders from Volusion in the following status:

  • Processing

Ordoro can import any standard status stored in Volusion. Email Ordoro Support at support@ordoro.com if you’d like us to update your settings. List which statuses you want to import to Ordoro.

  • New
  • Pending
  • Payment Declined
  • Awaiting Payment
  • Ready to Ship
  • Pending Shipment
  • Partially Shipped
  • Shipped
  • Partially Backordered
  • Backordered
  • See Line items
  • See Order Notes
  • Partially Returned
  • Returned
  • Cancelled

Note: If you have multiple Volusion accounts, please specify which Volusion channels need each status.
