If your customers use PayPal to pay for eBay orders, sometimes eBay will say the order is ‘Completed,’ but PayPal will say it’s ‘Pending.’ Ordoro, by default, won’t import these orders because the payment hasn’t cleared yet.
By default, Ordoro has specific rules for importing orders, like:
- The order status must be Completed.
- The eBay payment status must be NoPaymentFailure.
These rules make sure that only orders with confirmed payments get imported into Ordoro. It helps keep your order process smooth and organized.
